Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

Domestic Delivery (Ukraine)
We offer reliable domestic delivery throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
To arrange delivery, please provide the nearest Nova Poshta branch or the full delivery address when placing your order.
After shipment, you will receive a waybill number, which you will need to present when collecting your parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.

2–5 business days depending on the destination.

International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping using trusted international courier services. Customers may choose their preferred delivery provider:

- UPS
- DHL Express
- Ukrposhta
Estimated delivery time:
Up to 10 business days depending on the destination country and the selected courier service.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message. This number allows you to track the delivery progress directly through the courier’s website.
